1. The Service

Seviu is a digital library and personal knowledge revisitation platform ("Service"). Our goal is to help users store, categorize, summarize, and rediscover links, articles, references, and other digital content collected from the internet.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide correct registration information and to maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials (such as email and login tokens). You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Storage and Usage Limitations

Seviu establishes limits on link storage and tool usage to ensure platform stability and prevent abuse. Default limits for active links storage, daily additions, and batch imports are configured and displayed directly in the user dashboard.

4. Artificial Intelligence Features

Certain intelligent link processing features (such as automatic classification, summary generation, and Q&A) use credit quotas established according to current platform policies. Credit consumption specifications for each AI feature are detailed in the system dashboard and may be updated to reflect infrastructure evolution.

5. Referral Program

Seviu may offer additional storage or feature bonuses through invitations and referrals. For referral rewards to be validated, invitees must meet the criteria set in the system (such as creating an account and adding a first valid link). Seviu reserves the right to audit and revoke bonuses in case of suspected fraud or improper activity.

6. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content (links, notes, and information) you save in Seviu. You grant Seviu a strict license to host, process, and present this data exclusively to provide the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service to save or share content that violates third-party rights, is known to be illegal, libelous, or intended to spread viruses or malicious code within the Seviu infrastructure.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the platform settings panel. The deletion of your account is definitive and results in the permanent removal of all links, notes, and metadata saved on our servers.

8. Changes to Terms and Service

Seviu reserves the right to update these terms from time to time to reflect technical improvements, new regulations, or commercial changes. When we make relevant changes, you will be notified on our platform or by email.
